The forecast said the temperature would be up to 4 degrees today.
I wasn't convinced...

Couldn't get out on the bike this weekend.
Saturday Morning was minus 3 degrees and then on Saturday night this happened:

So it was off to the gym on Sunday to spend an hour and twenty minutes on this:
